4 Months Old!

Time is flying by! Tanner is already 4 months old today. I am back at work full-time now and he is really enjoying going to daycare. He goes to an in-home daycare with only 4 other kids. He loves it. He loves the other babies and toddlers and his sitter, Jane. With each day I feel more and more comfortable with the idea of leaving him for the day.

Tuesday is his 4 month check-up so we will have his stats then. He is growing like a weed! He is rolling over to his tummy all the time. He is trying to pull up to sit. He holds himself up during "tummy time" and looks like he is trying to crawl. It is more of an army crawl at this point. He is grabbing his toys and chewing on anything he gets his hands on. He is teething already too. He has one tooth that we can feel coming in. He still sleeps through the night still. He loves to laugh and giggle, it is the funniest sound ever! We keep trying to capture it on video, but anytime we get the video camera out, he stops, and stares at it. Here are some new pics!

Tanner loves to snuggle up in our bed.

Boo at the Zoo!

Yesterday we took Tanner to Boo at the Zoo. The weather was fabulous and we got to see a lot of the animals. The monkeys were swinging and making all sorts of noises. The elephants were out eating and playing in the water. They have Koala bears on loan from the San Diego zoo and we got to see them up and active. It was pretty cool. Most of the animals were served pumpkins to "stomp and chomp" on. There were a lot of kiddos dressed up, and all the zoo staff were dressed in costumes too. Tanner seemed to enjoy looking at everything and listening to the animals.
All set with his shades!

What a cutie, posing for us! :)

The monkey that we watched swing and scale a huge palm tree to find his other monkey friend who was hiding out at the top.

He loves the "I'm a Little Teapot" song and Adam was singing it to him.
ZONKED out!

Pumpkin Patch

Tanner went to his very first farm/pumpkin patch last weekend. We went to MacDonald's Ranch in Scottsdale with Karen. It was pretty warm, so we didn't stay long. Tanner got his first pumpkin, went on his first hayride and even pet a donkey. Here are some pictures:Tanner is excited to go to the farm!

Look closely and you can see his little face in there.

HEEHAW!

Tanner's first hayride. The guy in the background looks like he was posing for the picture, but I think he was just climbing into the wagon. Well, at least I hope he was posing, that would be a little weird, lol.
