Tanner is One Month Old!

We can't believe that Tanner is already 1 month old! It seems like we were waiting anxiously for him to arrive, and now he has been here for a month already! He is an awesome baby! He is a great sleeper and eater. He only gets up once or twice a night! :) He definitely recognizes our face and voice and turns his head to find it. He LOVES ceiling fans. He will just stare up at them. He is starting to coo, which is adorable. He smiles a lot, although it isn't social smiling, he still looks super cute doing it. I haven't been able to catch one on camera though!

Tanner Has Arrived!!

Tanner Michael Spade has arrived! Tanner arrived on June 30, 2010 at 10:02 p.m. He weight a hefty 9lbs 6 ounces and was 20 1/4 inches long. I went into labor at 1:30 a.m. on the 30th and he was born at just after 10 p.m. that night. Epidurals are seriously the BEST things ever! Tanner is such an awesome guy. He can already hold up his head pretty well, and can roll over. Most people think he looks like he is 2 or 3 months old. My doctor and nurses were shocked at how much he weighed. He had his first check up at the pediatrician on the 8th and he weighed 8 lbs 13oz. and was 20.5 inches long. He goes back this week, so we shall she what his stats are then.
